Recently I've been communicating through Hermoine & more recently over a covert mike. I'll go over the important material here, because of the quality of dicatation
I've come to expect. Only a fraction of material is making it anywhere outside of the locality. This notepad material will get all the way to the top.

Operation Hermoine (CIS):
This op has been running since the 1930s. the present number of UK Hermoine is 104. Hermoine consists of *******, telepathy is only possible by these kinds of
messengers. There are 104 Hosts then, who are sensitive to them. Traditionaly the operatives are expendable & put into dangerous situations with the expectation that
they are able to get themselves out without very much assistance. Keith wrote about his episode in St. Petersburg Russia, where he deeply penetrated a Mafia operation
& escaped on foot through several Eastern European countries with covert assistance. That was achieved by the Lord cooperating with the British government in the use
of Hermoine. Keith was selected by the CIS in 1987 to be a Hermoine operative following a joint millitary & intelligence aptitude test. Keith then sold everything he
had & went to this dangerous place without ever realising he was an agent. On return to the UK Keith was handled by the SOCA & MI6 who required a debrief. Keith was
then offered a Government day job with Ipsos MORI which was & is a cover organisation for the SOCA, now the NCA. The idea it was thought by Keith was to gossip in the
secrecy of a random home about sensitive things. The NCA it turned out are made up of several private members clubs & a secret agency. The private members clubs are
the Freemasons & Ultra, the agency is the CIS (communications & infromation services (defence communications)).

Hermoine is a secret communictions effort. It is made up of fallen ******* who repented with the imminent coming of the ****. They were sent to work with worldly
authorities because of their state. Hermoine number 104 in the UK but there are more in many other countries. I, that is me, wanted to subvert & encourage certain
Goverment operations.

Ultra means Ultra secret & is actualy a Government agency, but is a black op, because of the sensitivity of their business. They are supposed to deal with a population
exploding out of control, it's been a matter of great distress that local authorities have been unable to provide adequate water on occasion. Still houses are being
built. Ultra are reducing the population starting with the poorest. The means by which this is achieved is a secret.

Ipsos MORI decided that rather than reduce the population so indescriminatly, it would be better to assess the worth of individuals aside from the means. They easily
got affiliation with Ultra & kept their end by destroying an expected number of people. MORI means death in Latin, but that was to do with their reputation for keeping
the hopelessly doomed alive. which is how Keith came into their employ.

So Ipsos MORI went about the place finding shite to kill, or what they thought was shite. It was decided that all assholes should die, & Keith's deceased dad was a
victim of this policy. Criminals are largely left to another agency which is handling the penal system. The Freemasons at Ipsos MORI decided that they would seek out
expensive property, kill the owners & their friends & family, which made a tree of exploitation, subverting any unwanted attention. The properties are sold or lived
in, the cars re-registered & sold, bank accounts taken over by identity theft. Quite quickly it was decided by some of the Masons that it would be fun to bugger the
owners in their own homes & kill them bloodily. Following this new standard of aquisition, builders strip the rooms in which bloody killings have taken place. Ultra
are very angry with the Ipsos MORI Freemasons, because they are all rich & privilaged types who wanted to do away with the poor, now they find even their own number
threatened by these greedy Masons.

Northampton town center has become a nucleus of activity. Keith tried to help these NCA/Ipsos MORI/Ultra/CIS who were clearly trying to do something right, be explaing
to them the law of Moses & how it might be applied to today's circumstances. Astonishingly There was a great fuss & senior management were even very exited about
killing justly in the eyes of God, having been working with Hermoine it was impossible to deny the existance of God.

Keith continues to protest that new conditions make coersion possible. Death was often inevitable in the enforcement of God's law. It is not neccesary to kill anybody
but somebody who has killed & might kill again or who is persistantly involved in conspiricy to kill. These types are too dangerous to be both forgiven & allowed to
live. The main problems are what are known as NCA pleasers, who encourage people to become involved with the op by offering them their wildest fantasy, in secret,
without judgement. Of course there is in actual fact almost no secrecy & judgement everywhere. It is meant to end in a bloodbath, because they are trying to reduce the
population.

Recently Keith found himself in serious bother beause Ben Page, Chief executive of Ipsos MORI did a runner & told everyone who had lost relatives to the law of God
that it was Keith's idea. Large numbers of people who have lost husbands, wives brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles & so on were recently invited to Northampton to find
Keith & sort him out. Keith tried to explain that he said nobody should actually be killed other than murderers, who are too dangerous. The empowerment of ordinary
people to kill one another is a subversive tactic, are Ipsos MORI culling? or are people turning on each other & killing each other? it is both. MORI NCA have visited
churches across the country, which was made easy by regular visits to  those in every major town & city in recent years, to ask for their help in the implimentation of
the law of God. The Church in general was enthusiastic that the proper police authority was hoping to work for God.

Keith told Ipsos MORI that the law had been changed slightly by Christ, who said that a woman caught in the act of adultery should not be condemed to death, but told
to sin no more. Coersive tactics can be perfect to send an aduterer away sinning no more. From this single example we see that ordinarily criminals should not be
condemed to death according to God's revised law.

Case study:
Keith & Hermoine were recently sent to the Ibis hotel in Northampton. There they discovered together a barman who had killed a hotel guest in the night with well known
yet secret means. The man's girlfriend was held at the hotel in the same room & not allowed to leave by misuse of secret coersive means. He would go to the room & have
sex with the girl, who was aware of the situation. This type of NCA "pleasing" is operated of course by the Ipsos MORI Freemasons. The barman threatened to kill Keith
also when he overtly went to investigate.

What should be done with this type of offender? Go & sin no more? or pack them up in a box, throw it skewif into a hole, piss on it & leave it unmarked.

Christians who have been involved in the implimentation of the law have been especially burdened. Freemasons consider themselves sworn enemies of Christianity, they
have been killing husbands & passing wives around amongst themselves, before murdering them also. 

Keith is a special operative with hermoine known as HERMOINE, because he is a veteran. Hermoine operatives are usually short lived. It is hoped that filling Keith's
new home town with trouble makers, heros & heroines will contain & annilate.

Represents an overt, usually female, who rallies help from sympathetic & just locals & is supported by hidden Gov. ops, she appears to wreak devastating hovac on her
own.

There is a blistering cold war in Northampton these days, with people dying right left & center. 

Ultra want The Ipsos MORI Masons dead for acting ouside of their remit & also want Keith dead for blabbing secrets & taking the piss.

Ipsos MORI NCA Freemasons want Ultra to fuck off or die, They actually like Keith these days for taking the piss so beautifully out of Ultra, big laugh. Keith doesn't
get to kill anybody himself they correctly think. He is a targeting & communications device, which true.

Ultra have been trying to claim that Keith actaully works for them & not the CIS at all, because they (Ben) effectively switched an electronic device recently without
him noticing. Keith was not warned about the new device. It was achieved by Ultra cooperation with Ipsos MORI NCA females, who supplied the original device, which was
an audio bug, a Lumia telephone, an immediate photograph uploader & a light weapon for personal use only. The new Lumia was identical in appearance but was savagely
operated at exremes by remote, an illegal device manufactured by Serco for use abroad. This new device was then trained on close associates of Keith's to keep them at
a distance while they intended to opearte him as usual, but with the hidden remote device in addition. Keith did not know why his girlfriend no longer came near him or
why his friends were acting strangely.

Keith was informed by Hermoine soon after that there was to be a training video made, in town which meant a hard days work. Keith went into the town center looking for
bad guys, to identify them to team members by photographing them with the quick uploader, oblivious to the new functions of the phone. The remote operater then went
about tearing the targets to shreds right there & then with Keith stood in front of them, a total stitch up. Then the device was devastatingly turned on those who had
come searching for Keith, following Ben Page's telling of an involvement of some kind in the deaths of their loved ones. The device painfully tore through anybody who
had been given a device with which to take Keith down, with the obvious yet oblivious culprit stood right in front of them. it tore through them & anybody stood with
them, even killing a child.

The child belonged to a man persuing a child belonging to a remote aquaintance of Keith's. HERMOINE ordered Keith to block the devastating rays being aimed at the
child, with his own more mature body. Keith then repeatedly told the man to go, pointing out that he had a child of his own, but the man followed at close quaters for
several minutes. The Female Ipsos MORI NCA remotely operating the new device heard the commotion & blasted his child to death.

Keith became aware of the device a day or two later when it was turned on him in an effort to stop his own heart, & he threw it away. He now does not dare even have a
watch for fear of nano technology. Keith was set up to take the blame for deaths that were never a result of his own advice & then marked for termination. Nobody
should carry phones or wear watches other than wind up variety.

When central Goverment & the CIS heard about the termination of HERMOINE they thought it was an appropriate sacrifice. Go fuck yourselves. Come back here Ben you
little hard on, & face your music.

Ultra & CIS are closely involved with each other. Ultra has a very similar communications & control effort, which we heard a little about in American Ultra the film,
the "Ultra Program". Ultra operate dark ******, which are unpredictable. CIS operate grey ****** (repentant & on loan). Ultra arrogantly believed they had Hermoined
Keith, apparantly unaware that the CIS were operating him for many years previous. Ultra attempted a demonstration of their control recently, which left them with egg
all over their faces. Because they had been claiming responsibility for secret CIS successes in the field, they were asked to show everybody here exactly how it was
achieved.

Dark ****** do not care a hoot for what anybody wants at all. Ultra are notorious for arrogance, stealing ideas & successes which are secret, so that nobody can
challenge them, however infuriated. They are made up of toffs, aristocracy, royalty, titles, money with breeding, in fact anybody at all obviously superior (you get
it). Ultra's name was once fashionable, but now betrays the riddiculous arrogance. 

Ultra are involved with many agencies to subvert direct responsibility for the National cull. They act as a parasitic Ultra secret agency. Ultra are international,
because Ultra secret matters transend national interest. Keith has emailed Russian parliament with his own personal codename, who have moved their own agencies in the

This one time Keith was sitting at a council internet station in Bradford, & as he's doing his work online he starts to notice this posh cunt giving instructions to
carry out every action already completted by Keith 2 or 3 seconds earlier. Keith turned & told him to fuck off. That was an Ultra operative.

Following an unsuccessful leafleting campaign about Roman Catholic invlovement with Freemasonry a small war broke out. Keith constructed a seperate leaflet with a
little history & some recent developments in the struggle within the Roman Catholic Church with Masonic infiltration. It was well recieved by a smaller number of the
Church, but the Opus Dei narked about it & targeted Keith for execution. Ipsos MORI responded by targeting the Footsoldiers of this attempt, which were ordinary chuch
going Catholics. The UDA (protestant) who on occasion provided descreet security for Ipsos MORI, were asked to sort out a number of muderous Catholics. The result was
that they indulged in everything that we are seeing now.

The UDA were then targeted for termination themselves to cover tracks & eradicate what had become nothing more useful than an organised petty crime gang in Northern
Ireland. The Opus Dei are also being targeted by Ipsos MORI & also the Vatican for the unacceptable slaughter & suffering of sheep. Keith is a Roman Catholic & a
matter of pride in some Roman Catholic circles. 

I cannot be expected to concentrate on this imperative work whilst under violent attack by locals. Every central Gov. subvert will be executed. Delay in the process of

A recent case of NCA Masonic property acquisition by HERMOINE.

Bradford: two elderly men watching from the back wall through a window in a lit room on the third floor. An NCA motor pool in the car park across the street. The two
men were CIS & tring to draw Keith's attention to the block. This is what took place there. A young man living alone answered the door to a man wanting to read his
electricity meter, in proper uniform. A second man followed through the open door & a struggle took place. The owners trousers were forced down & he was sodomised by
the second man in the hallway. He was beaten a half dragged into the main living area where he was tied with his trousers removed & laid on the sofa. A woman arrived &
had partial sex with the man, finishing with oral, as is common to NCA to subvert pregnancy. the man was then taken to the kichen & roggered deep into his anus with a
bread knife. he was alone in the kitchen a while with the woman & begged her to call an ambulance because of the blood pooling where he sat. The woman complained that
she was unable to help herself. When the men returned they stabbed the man through the heart & the woman in her vagina again with the bread knife, which had been
brought along. The woman then bleed out & died, after writhing on the floor. There was a lot of noise but the block had been checked that it was empty but for the
victim.

Masonic property acquiring does not just happen in this way at Ipsos MORI, but right across the NCA, it's only the secret police that can get away with this type of
activity, because they are supposed to be the police department responsible. Companies like Serco or Loomis can only cull.

Govenment operation of the Host has been a matter of very much concern to the LORD. Far from being treated as something better than those in ordinary society, they

Cull operatives who operate at food & drink outlets are actually encouraged to kill people they don't like, for whatever reason. Maybe they were rude, they knew them
at school or have a big nose or whatever. They are encouraged to do that by people without the authority to say such things, who are trying to make them happy at their
unusual task. The operatives are almost always unaware that they have no official Government clearance to kill whoever displeases them. This of course is murder. Isn't
murder small potatoes in the light of the cull? no it isn't. All kinds of people deemed important, even members of parliament can & have been targeted. There is a
local conspiracy to kill in Northampton, which has Government clearance from more than one source.

tailored to whichever side as to where he is actually taking a policy. The proof is in the pudding & Ben can be annalysed by scrutinising the results of previous
matters & the excuses he gave at those times. Ben's personal wealth stands at nearly 18m. Ben thinks he is idiot proof, but is the subject of great control efforts by

Letter to the church

There have been many incidents of serious corruption in the church, & I'm not talking about foul language, but rather things very serious indeed. When we become
seperated from God we are no better than the Heathen & cannot achieve or sustain ourselves. The language you have heard has been neccesary. Rape, toture, murder,
sexual assualt etc. have become common in churches cooperating with the NCA. It is not the job of ordinary folk to carry out or assist in carrying out these things
which require proper authority. Contrary to popular belief I am not a Mason mug myself, but a proper Government employee at National security and intelligence.

Do not get involved in tit for tat killings or revenge attacks on behalf of cowardly Gov. employees who want you to face their activities. The truth of the matter is
that they will carry out their will whether they've mugged you into taking the blame or somebody else.

Low level NCA employees are used for all kinds of puppet work, but do not have the authority to kill. If you get involved in killing without authority you make
yourself a murderer. NCA get away with lying about who is responsible because nobody usually knows what they are doing in secret. If you accept responsability everyone
will hold you responsible. I have authority to kill, even NCA, which is something beyond low level NCA employees. I will kill, you assist. That way you will avoid
being killed in tit for tat killings. I have special consideration when it comes to sustaining my life & work as a deliberate overt drawing fire.

HERMOINE & Hermoine

Hermoine is a Government secret & despite what I say here cannot be discussed publicly. All telepathy is achieved by Angels. Telepathy is very much sought after in

pass through by chance. Such people are employed in Military communications CIS. There are three basic types of Angel, white, grey, dark. White are in their
perfection, Grey are repentant with filthy habits, dark are a nuisance who listen & talk to the wrong people. With the fall of Angels to Earth there were about a third
lost, but because the times are coming to a head there are many who have repented & who now serve the LORD, grey that they are. The figure now stands roughly one
quater dark, most of the time apathetic without making serious problems. The white & grey Angels which serve the LORD at CIS UK number 104, but they are in every
relevant Government sometimes in greater numbers, all are known as Hermoine collectively. HERMOINE is the presence of the LORD, who can & does operate many people at
once, being omnipresent. An agent or politician, or pop star or relevent person in the media of any kind has no motion or speach of their own whilst operated by
HERMOINE. Hermoine used to operate on a subconcious level, whithout the host usually knowing that they are controled, but in recent times have become often overt,
since everybody relevent knows who they are anyway. The funniest thing about the Governments of the world wanting to use hermoine to control people & carry out their
secret missions, is that Hermoine put the notions for those missions into their heads to begin with. The hermoine began to be used in the 1930s because the LORD wanted
newly repentant Angels present in Government posts during WWII, in order to make sure the great caos went properly within the structure it was intended to be in, for
the fulfillment of Prophesy relating to the end times & the proper conclusion that the LORD wants. The desolation of the Earth as some of you already know is the
second coming of Christ, & the time of the harvest for Judgement & resurrection.

The Christian church on the whole is pleasing to God despite the two thirds that will be damned. Many are called you've heard, but few are chosen, and you've heard
about tares. It's a similar amount to the amount of Angels that fell, one third. Angels do not have the temptation of the flesh & fared a little better. There are
consistancies with other Angels in employ with Government, & that is not neccesarily evil. Somebody needs to gather the denominations together for the harvest. The
Roman Catholic church is a good church, despite it's well publicised short comings. All churches have short comings, but you only usually hear about the Catholics. The
devil has attacked this church relentlessly & that on it's own speaks volumes. The Illuminati infiltrations, the continual bad press, the inexplicable accounts of
child abuse, which are no more present in this church than in any other. Everybody should accept this denomination as superior, whether they like it's wealth or not.
It is not personal wealth. Jesus could have said if it were safe that he would dominate & control Rome, because he has. The Vatican stands on the very same site,

christians should not be culled but Muslims should, because they are murdering on behalf of Javid's Masons & because they are not hard core English.

The Opus Dei first became upset with Keith when he contacted the Catholic administartion using capital letters, which at the time unknown to him reversed the meaning
of the messages. So that when he said friendly & complimentary things he looked as if he wanted a fight. HERMOINE did that deliberately to work out his own purpose.

The CIS operate a training program which involves micking a successful Hermoine agent. The program is entirely wrongly aimed at ordinary church members who are
expected to be martyred, unlike the Hermoine ops who are steered out of harms way. This is totally against God's will because they are trained in the false belief they
will survive like the Hermoine ops that they are copying. Martyrdom can be a major thing, The Christ's martyrdom was a great randsom, or it can be a small thing
earning consumable respect in heaven. The Lord would prefer ordinary Christians to remain working at their post, unless they were forced to choose between serious
corruption or death. Martyrs must be voluntarily giving their lives, not tricked into giving them, else they are not Martyrs at all. The CIS, who are supposed to serve
God in Government around the world are in very serious trouble for this & refusing to pay agents themselves, leaning on the Lord to provide even basic resourses while
they cower & act uninvolved.. It is simply not enough to watch & mimic because timing is critical.

Muslims
I read the Koran in order to see what it was all about myself. The most noteable thing therin is that Muhammed continually talks about Moses. This happens at some
stages every other page, it is so frequent. The other noticeable thing is the contradictary account of the signs of the second coming. The direction to Moses away from
Jesus was deliberate as was the false account of the signs of the second coming. There has been a great deal of effort on the other side to spawn & spread this
alternative to Christianity.

All Mosques in the UK have been approached by illegal cull authorities within the Freemasons. They have been encouraged to be actively involved in the culling of
Christians, against proper secret legislation which classes Christians as desirable members of the community. The involvement of Muslims on average per Mosque numbers
about fifteen. The difficulty in establishing which these are, & the second class status of ethnic minorities in the UK has led Muslims in general to be a part of the
official Government population reduction program.

There is a scene in the film kingsman where a lot of church folk are slaughtered by a single Kingsman agent. The only people who want to kill Christians are Freemasons
& Muslims. The name kingsman comes from the Kingsman Tailors, the Freemason clientel of which have a clique & private gentleman's club. There is nothing so skillfull
about going into a church with a phone that hits people every weekend, very arrogant club, suggest cull.
